For example, you may say, "I don't care what it looks like as long as it plays or sounds well." Another person may say, "Body cosmetics are very important to me so tell me about every scratch, nick and blemish." So, please ask the questions that are most important to you. When Prudencio Sáez Armengol settled as a guitar builder, his family workshop has always been characterized by the artisan building of its guitars. This classical acoustic guitar has been preowned since 1995. Also, what's important to you may not be important to someone else. We have found it impossible to describe every mark on an instrument or amp that is not in the "mint" category.
*Please note: we do our best giving descriptions of used pieces. Neck feel: slim-medium D shape, flat board Neck wood: mahogany, 2-piece w/center stripīridge: rosewood, synthetic original saddle This is an interesting European classical for a very reasonable price. This guitar has a very focused tone, clear with good bass response. There was a rosewood G-40 and 45 but the 30 was the model heavily advertised and endorsed by artists such as Melanie and Theodore Bikel. The G30 model is said to be the flagship of the Goya line. The reglue was structurally sound but it didn’t lay perfectly flat, so you can feel a little ridge in that area.
It appears that at some point, near the end piece, a small section of the back and back binding came unglued. The G30 features a German fine veined spruce top European flame maple back and sides rosewood bridge with mother of pearl top cap mahogany neck with rosewood/maple/rosewood stringer, reinforced with an aluminum T bar ebony fingerboard marquetry purfling around the soundhole and decorative inlay on the headpiece. Goya guitars were handmade in Sweden with all solid wood construction. Herman Carlson Levin, Gothenburg, Sweden."
